It's a wrap for our first Montreal Meets, this time we had the chance to meet Fabio Sasso (Abduzeedo) and James White (Signalnoise). I must admit that it was a big success! It started with just a simple idea and became something bigger.
I never thought that Montreal Meets will have such a great response from the design community. Job well done to our speakers, our volunteers and our stream team! I really enjoyed working with you guys!
On the other hand, we had some technical problems as well, the cursed microphone was a major part of it! I don't know why, but the mic decided NOT to work that day! That caused us some delay and bad hearing for the audience and for the streaming online!
Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would love to thank some people for their participation for the first Montreal Meets.
First of all I wanted to thank my two great speakers (Fabio and James) for coming here in this cold and share your experience and knowledge to the world.

Hi everyone! This is the big day! After such a big buzz on the event, I was caught really busy with the planning!
For those you didn't know, we had a broadcast yesterday at Concordia University with Fabio (Abduzeedo) and James (Signalnoise). It was a lot of fun! Here's the link to the recorded version of the broadcast. Montreal Meets pre-broadcast from Concordia
For the e-ticket, just give out your email to the people in front and this will be your confirmation for your entry to the event. If your email is not confirmed, that means you will to wait for the reserved seats to be seated first and then you'll be able to come in. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The LIVE broadcast will start at 18h15 EST and it will be via the Signalnoise LIVE site. Signalnoise LIVE Site
For those coming to the event, please arrive about 15 minutes in advance for taking your place. It's at the 1515 Ste-Catherine West in the EV Building, in the room EV 1-605 at 18h00.
*Please note that the reserved seats will be seated first and the rest will have to stand.
